Feds/cops would be the ones.
Stir the pot, tickle the wires.
Cui Bono
He’s fallen out with the FBI and he has publicly advised members of that life cooperating which makes his “sources” an interesting question
Hes fallen out of favor with everyone. He does not even like his own subscribers.
That’s the funniest thing with Pennisi. Bro started a YouTube channel and gets mad at “fans” asking him earnest questions. I’d get it if it were a bunch of Gene Borrello trolls, but some of these people are genuinely interested in what Pennisi has to say and he treats them with contempt.
The few times I've interacted with him in the past he was ok but lately he's been getting more and more cranky.
He runs a mob channel but seems to think it's weird that people have an interest in the subject. Most the time he's dismissing subscribers as fanboys. He will still ask you to click the super thanks button though.
The Luccheses have a major rat problem. There was a made guy cooperating dating back to the early to mid 2010s and as far as I know they never figured out who it was plus all the other associates that were wired up during that time. In my opinion it's not unlikely that somebody within the family is feeding him info.

He wont give details yet.
He did say it has to do with members and crews, so we can assume nothing new on the administration is forthcoming.
Although I had heard some talk a while back of Ray Argentna possibly becoming the consigliere.
Possibly, although he did have an image of Mikey DeSantis on the thumbnail.
Either way a remix of the Captains would be interesting.
Frankie Bones, Barratta, Argentina, Georgie Neck.... the 90's are back baby!
DeSantis could possibly sail off into the sunset after 7 odd years as boss. Not bad in this day and age.
It certainly has been odd because Capeci was told by sources during 2020 that “it’s only a matter of time” in regards to an indictment charging Mikey DeSantis
I’m sure he’s had a good run but interestingly enough, Pennisi was supposed to testify against him but now he claims that he has zero interest in testifying (that’s certainly increased his longevity on the street) but even with that being said, it’s been 6 years since Pennisi flipped but they still haven’t been able to indict him

Pennisi has stated that the FBI have told him that they have the most informants in the Lucchese family.
Pennisi has also said that they have one informant in particular who has a link with the administration or something like that
