Unfortunately I don't have access to see that pdf on the board. Is there a website link where it can be viewed?

Here is an old article about Anthony DiPrizio? https://www.newspapers.com/article/the- ... 106235022/ I think that according to Luisi's testimony that he was requested to kill Diprizio by Jackie Salemme. was that due to the war between the factions?

DiPrizio was aligned with the renegade faction, but Luisi says he didn't ask specifically why Salemme wanted him dead.

thanks for your response. so was Jackie Salemme or Louis Manocchio the second in command to Frank Salemme in their faction? and were Mark and Steven Rossetti the main allies of Bobby Luisi, his father and the Salemmes?

In his testimony he says Manocchio was in charge in Providence and Jackie Salemme was in charge in Boston after Frank Salemme went on the lam. Yes, as you'll see on the first post in this thread, he says the Salemme faction consisted of the Rossettis and the Luisis.

Correct, which is why that took me by surprise . Mark was a rat but never heard anything about Gillis. Must be a typo, error or some shit. He's well respected.
thanks for your reply and what do you make of this quote about Gillis and the Rossettis from the book Master Thieves: the Boston gangsters who pulled off the world's greatest art heist on p. 71' 'T'he New York underworld had given Frank Salemme, whom the Rossetti gang reported to, approval for Youngworth to be allowed to take Mashberg to see the painting. Those New York mobsters were now going to take possession of the paintings. Donati had been killed just before he was to be inducted as a made member of the mafia. The crew, presumably who pulled off the Gardner heist, had been put together by Richard Devlin, another member of the Rossetti crew, while serving time in Walpole prison. Richard Gillis, a cousin to the Rossetti's, had been an original member of either the Rossetti gang or those who had pulled off the robbery.'
