Anthony ‘Tony Lee’ Guerierri's Genovese Uncle

Fat Andy Ruggiano has said several times on his podcast that Tony Lee Guerierri's uncle was a Genovese member who was very wealth and was involved with casinos in Cuba. Never says his name and I cannot find a thing about it. Does anyone know who he is talking about?
