Manocchio is pushing 100 and reportedly at death's door with his health problems. DeLuca was deported, Ray Jr. is shelved and legit. It's down to two guys, and I don't know if Ruggiero is still active, so it could just be Guglielmetti keeping the dream alive.

Yeah, it's on its last legs, but are we going by fbi reports from the mid 90s? Shit has changed since then. And the fbi is not providing in depth analysis on IOC like they once were
