Francesco Navarra, Santo Giordano, Giovanni Fiordilino, and some others in the Bonannos plus others in Sicily.

Very tough guy who also has a sharp mind. A lot to be learned from him not just for the mob stuff as he has a ton of insight into Sicilian culture and the immigrant experience in NYC during the 1970s/80s which nobody else can really break down the way he does.

Was he actually part of the Giannini Cafe Crew or just around these guys? I have been watching his interviews and they are quite interesting.

anymore info on his family re mafia?

siblings etc?

i will admit i listen to a few utube streams that this 40 yr old freak that lives w his parents in some shitty apt in qns puts out. KId is a mess. he begs for donations and says that this is his job. if i did a youtube stream, i would do it after work!

Anyway, he does manage to get FRank fiodilino and howie santos on to talk for hours at a time. Frank is a very bright, nice guy that seems too good for that life. Howie Santos seems to be a very nice guy that talks about the past and current topics. He comes off very well. doesn't bullshit.

dipshit host lets them tell good stories and speak w one another and says "yeah" every five minutes then begs for money saying he needs to "feed his family, this is my job, my livelihood, i'm a content creator"

I agree on your last point. I’m no mob history expert by any means so when I can pick holes in their video I’m not buying into it. Mob archaeologists in a world of their own on the history side in my opinion. But there’s a few good shows out there also oc shorts very good and this guy brazen breeds does cool videos live at the nyc locations they took place

Fiordilino strikes me as the most honest of all the co operators out there. He doesn't bragg about the past or try to make himself a bigger deal than he was. He wasn't an earner, he was a thug. He also admits to the fact that he wanted to commit a murder to prove himself capable.

He's also the only co operator from the other side that we have right now. As well as coming from a true Mafia lineage going way back. He's a unique source for sure and I hope he writes a book soon.

For me it’s when they regurgitate stuff that you could pretty much just read on Wikipedia. The shows that go further with actual documents, added context strike me as an actual history show rather than just telling the same shit we all heard before
