Upgrades & Improvements

I'll be making some upgrades and improvements on the forum for the next 6 months. First upgrade is the FBI section of the forum. You can now read all PDF files on the site, no need to download files anymore to read them. Some of the old PDF we are still working on, some of them the original poster might just need to re post them. I'll let you all know. Enjoy......Sol

Are we ever going to be able to download pdfs in the fbi files?
I seen I am not the only one. My phone won't download them (android), desktop, Firefox, Chrome, Bing, opera, etc....I turned my phone into desktop mode. I did everything I can think of and still can't download anything. Some of the users who spend all this time doing foia requests, using their money, researching etc and only sees 25 views or downloads, they are probably thinking, all that time and effort and so few are interested? It's not accurate reflection of users who value one's work and could get discouraging too.
As users, what can we do to fix this problem?

Yeah still an issue for me since this upgrades came in. I made a post about it last year when it started but Sol hasn't said anything since August so I'm guessing anyone unable to view them are just out of luck

It's a bigger issue then you think. When we have these down times with no news, interesting blogs, yt chats, indictments, capeci skipping a week here, skipping a week there. Those files is what used to keep me on here when there was nothing interesting to talk about now. I'm so bored of coming here and not seeing any progress, I had to speak up.

I am not pointing a finger or making accusations. I'm just saying it's not working and it's frustrating. The time, effort, and money spent on some of that material-you see some great, great write-ups on here. Some are phenomenal at parsing all those files and data and posting in the main forum to give us something to talk about.

The guy I hired to do all the upgrades dipped on me without a word, lol. Looking for a new coder to finish FBI FILES and all the other upgrade work......Sol

The fbi files are still not downloading for me. I can see others having the same issues when I read various thread(s). Is there anything I/we can do to help get this fixed? Is it a financial issue? Computer/tech issue?
