Even when you go back to like the 80s most guys are living in pretty simple townhouses in Brooklyn and the Bronx. I’m sure they had more money than what they lived in but even then you didn’t have every made guy living in mansions

All you hear is it’s dead dead dead not true at all
Are these guys making generational money like they did in the 70-80’s no they are not but is it dead no it’s is not
I would assume most of these guys are still making a good chunk of change more than the average working man

Re: [Current] mobster’s homes
Looks like it may have gotten a facelift, here's the current zillow for it with some scaffolding still visible on the outside. Pretty interesting that there are no pictures of the interior, only exterior pictures. Last sold in 2017 for $5.5M too.

Re: [Current] mobster’s homes
Parkside bought it in 2017 for that much? Or he sold it in 2017? If so, how much did he pay for it?Southshore88 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2024 11:11 amLooks like it may have gotten a facelift, here's the current zillow for it with some scaffolding still visible on the outside. Plenty of interior pics on the link now. It's a very, very nice house. No denying that.Southshore88 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2024 11:11 amLooks like it may have gotten a facelift, here's the current zillow for it with some scaffolding still visible on the outside. Interesting, they weren’t listed earlier. Beautiful house. Looks like it was just listed for sale again today.Wiseguy wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2024 3:36 pmPlenty of interior pics on the link now. It does not look lived in
Re: [Current] mobster’s homes
With how much real estate/assets (stock/gold) has appreciated, most of these guys are close to $1m in real estate assets alone which was not the case back in day. Clearly back in the day had more cash flow/rackets but asset wise many of today’s wise guys are at least on par and in many cases better.Brovelli wrote: ↑Sun Apr 21, 2024 2:38 pmEven when you go back to like the 80s most guys are living in pretty simple townhouses in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Tony Parkside house is outrageous. He apparently had a lot of real estate + his restaurant so he could be another $20-$40M+ asset value. Some of these guys have major wealth they can actually legit touch
Re: [Current] mobster’s homes
Agreed, even these one story 2-3 beds that don’t look anything special will go for min $500k. And pay the crazy taxes and general cost of living in New York they must be doing something right lol.
Although the Colombo underboss living in a trailer park is less of a glamorous story.

This page says Antonyt Federici owned property at 109 Malba Drive, not at 117.Southshore88 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2024 11:11 amLooks like it may have gotten a facelift, here's the current zillow for it with some scaffolding still visible on the outside. Re: [Current] mobster’s homes
Not sure what the source is for claiming that Federici lived at 117 Malba. I’m pretty sure that he lived at 109 Malba. Apparently, construction on 117 began in 2008 (rough year to start something like that, to say the least), and was still unfinished in 2016. As noted above, it sold in 2017, I believe to a Frank Pecora who seems to have been the only resident (along with his wife) of the place. Maybe Federici was involved in developing the property or something, but if so, I didn’t see anything linking him to it. Someone correct me if I’m wrong, of course.maatsetungi wrote: ↑Fri Apr 26, 2024 10:38 pmThis page says Antonyt Federici owned property at 109 Malba Drive, not at 117.Southshore88 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2024 11:11 amLooks like it may have gotten a facelift, here's the current zillow for it with some scaffolding still visible on the outside. Not sure who this Frank Pecora is, but he must be loaded. He’s in his 70s and has an LLC called “Villa di Malba”.

Not sure it's the same Frank Pecora, Jo Jo's Father Charlie's brother. If it's on or near the Larmier Ave. in Pittsburgh then it's him.PolackTony wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2024 8:59 amNot sure what the source is for claiming that Federici lived at 117 Malba.
