Not true. Her mother's maiden name is Caponigro, but not related to Tony as far as being his sister. Though I've spoken to people in Tally who say Casey is cutthroat and will (figuratively) chop the legs off anyone who crosses her and lil Ronnie.

Ron DeSantis’ parents both from Poland, OH…suburb of Youngstown, they met at Youngstown State university. His uncle is Rev. Philip Rogers, pastor at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, he did the funeral mass for my grandparents.
