Francesco "Three Fingers" Coppola lived for a time in Tijuana.

As did Joseph “Joe Esty” Esposito Jr, who was not a member but an associate close to Chicago and LA members. He was the son of old time Chicago member Giuseppe “Diamond Joe” Esposito and was apparently one of the conduits via which Giancana was able to establish connections in Mexico when he fled the US.

Outfit member Nick "Nicky Dean" Circella lived in Mexico after he was deported.

The Mafia also reportedly has a very active crew in Lillehammer, Norway.

A number of guys lived in Tijuana alongside Frank Coppola, including his friend Sam Carollo.

Giuseppe DiCarlo of Piana dei Greci was a Sicilian mafia member living there according to Bomp. Probably no coincidence that his paesan Jasper Matranga of the LA Family was living there as well.

San Francisco member Rosario Garioto lived in Santa Maria which is far down the coast close to San Luis Obispo which is basically in the central valley right before southern California. That's insane because its 211 miles distance which is about just under 4 hours away. He was literally closer to LA.
