I have suspected the same for Peter Misuraca Sr. He was arranging marriages for his kids and deeply involved in mafia circles. Probably a St. Louis and Detroit or Flint member as well.

Was Ronald Sacco connected with the LCN families in San Jose and San Francisco. This guy has the biggest bookmaking operation in the world and was a homegrown San Franciscan. The only real connection to LCN I have seen was articles that said he was an associate of the Gambino’s.

I also understand that he was also a CI on several cases. Anyone have any idea which cases he informed on? I heard narcotics, weapon trafficking and human trafficking cases.
