This is wild, summarizing from the article:

* Silva decided to flip after learning there was a contract on his head while he was locked up

* Silva has so far admitted to being involved in 65 unsolved homicides. The homicides include at least three cases of mistaken identity

* Many people in the underworld are nervous that he’s spilling their secrets

* Nobody has been arrested yet, but the houses of Pietro D’Adamo, Jean-Philippe Célestin, Vito Salvaggio, Davide Barberio, Dany Sprinces Cadet, and Emmanuel Zephyr have all been searched.

* They would’ve searched Gregory Woolley’s house but he was killed.

My thoughts:

This could be what gets Leonardo Rizzuto locked up. He was close with Silva right? Also, several of those guys who had their houses searched are all heavy hitters, so if they all get locked up there could be another huge wave of violence as those left on the street try to fill the power vacuum.

Three cases of mistaken identity is fucked up. People just living their lives and these dumb cunts make a mistake and the lives of many are totally fucked. I bet there are some plans to clean up some loose ends knowing Silva is singing and was so heavily involved. Hope there aren't any more mistaken identities in clean up that is coming.

Rookie mistake! Everybody knows you whack the hitman once he reaches double digits.

This could be related to the conflict between the Rizzuto-Sollecito group and the HA.

Sage advice to anyone involved in OC in Montreal would be to stop going to the gym

Local news report. Just in case anyone cares there's a NSFW photo of Tamouro attached inside.

Seems this one says this have a suspect in custody? Another article I came across said police engaged in a shootout related to the murder shortly after. Not sure what the real story is yet.

Looks like it is the start of the purge. Had close ties to Silva and likely the first of many.

These guys could be getting hit from either side - the mafia or HA...they worked for both, him and Woolley, and either faction could be doing these hits...there will probably be more to come but we probably won't know for many years if this is a purge to silence guys who know too much or it's possibly Rival factions targeting each other's shooters.

It appears that they caught the shooter for what it's worth. Canada doesn't seem to ever catch who actually ordered the hits.

This is like the Canada version of the Sopranos:
Season 1 - Vito goes away and his associates betray him
Season 2 - Vito returns and avenges his father and son, season ends with his death
Season 3 - The Scoppa Brothers war
Season 4 - The HA Power Play starting with the attempted hit on Leo, will this season end with the TV screen on Leo's face then going to black??

The craziest part is this is real life.
