When you say run a crew are we talking Capo? Or he just has some guys under him on the street?

Either way I have no clue if he is or isn’t but if he’s off parole restrictions if he even had any I would say it’s completely plausible rather than far fetched. The guy did 30 years in the can he’s as stand up as they come. He’s been out for 5 years or so and got his bearings back so I don’t see any reason he wouldn’t be a prime candidate to be a captain.

Gene and John Carneglia were sentenced to 50 years apiece, and they both have served 29 years and therefore will be on parole for the next 21 years. This is because they were sentenced prior to The Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, which eliminated parole for federal inmates with the exception of inmates sentenced for offenses committed prior to 1987, who are eligible for parole consideration.

Can anyone tell me anything about a Charlie/Charles "Chuckie" Luisi? He appears in this photo with Trucchio and is labelled a Genovese soldier but I don't believe that to be true. I've also seen someone say he is a Lucchese associate. I haven't been able to find anything on this guy when I've looked these epast couple of days.

He was baller too, he managed Tony Bennett and Vic Damone, top stars at the time.

He’s never been mentioned as a captain. As for his crew, I don’t know; I’d guess E Harlem/Bronx because of his son.

He lived in Brooklyn. First at 1170 E 42nd St, Brooklyn, NY and then at Apt. 6D-2424 St Pauls Pl, Brooklyn, NY.
