It seems as if Amuso won’t break Persico’s record of being the longest reigning boss of one of the Five Families.
Barney possibly could…

Barney have the record of longest reigning boss on the street of one of the Five Families.
Until 2008 he was never arrested.

Barney was released in 2008 but became boss during either 2014 or 2016 from what I remember.
Dom Cefalu has had his position since 2011

Was Frank Cali the Gambino until was killed?

Cali was the official underboss.

On Cefalu, Capeci claims he was the acting boss and that Pete Gotti kept the boss title in name only. Since Gotti died in 2021, he reported Cefalu as the official boss. Though I have a document and a transcript from his cousins case that states Cefalu was the official boss.
