Re: Gangland News July 20th 2023
Tony Rom from the Genoveses is 80 something and he assaulted a guy recently I believe...he probably could of had someone do it for him. Didn't Andy rush say something like "I can't rest" on a wiretap. They have to be involved in the action. Its their frame of mind. I am sure Andy Mush has not needed the money for a while...that's not what it's about it for guys like that...

So that’s all the family has going on? Think about what you’re sayingSonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 2:33 pmHow much money do you think Castellazzo is making Tommy?TommyGambino wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 1:05 pm You assuming he’s making no money and it’s all going to the imprisoned underboss and Consigliere is baseless speculation tbf, we don’t know the ins and outs, didnt Pennisi say recently the consigliere position isn’t for life
Mush, Castellazzo, Dematteo, Vinny Unions, Ferrara and Uvino were each fighting over $10k a month from a union.
What's that, a couple of grand a piece a month?
How many Unions you think are kicking $10k to the Colombos these days? 2/3? Maybe?
Now you tell me much the new AB will be getting.

So they weren’t ‘fighting’ over the money, ok. Am I shocked the admin of a family were participating in sitdowns concerning an ongoing extortion of a union…..no.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 8:29 pm
My point was you had a boss, an Underboss, a Consigliere, two captains (and a soldier) directly participating in a racket.
This should be shocking.

I agree. It's no different than soldier going to war for the first time and he then he likes combat so much he us he keeps volunteering for deployments. He is not doing it for his country anymore.johnny_scootch wrote: ↑Fri Jul 21, 2023 4:21 amSo they weren’t ‘fighting’ over the money, ok. That's not how I look at it... Half of them don't even need the money. Its not about how much they can make its about who they areSonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 2:33 pmHow much money do you think Castellazzo is making Tommy?TommyGambino wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 1:05 pm You assuming he’s making no money and it’s all going to the imprisoned underboss and Consigliere is baseless speculation tbf, we don’t know the ins and outs, didnt Pennisi say recently the consigliere position isn’t for life

To me, that all members of an administration, two Capos (three Inc Teddy) and a soldier were participating in a $10k extortion scheme speaks to the dire straights of the families revenue streams. Just an opinion.johnny_scootch wrote: ↑Fri Jul 21, 2023 4:21 am So they weren’t ‘fighting’ over the money, ok. It sort of goes against the point of having a hierarchical structure.
It sort of goes against the point of insulating the administration.
And my conclusion is financial. Again, my conclusion.
Don't give me your f***ing Manson lamps.

Tom Farese is under indictment in a 93 million dollar healthcare fraud case.

I think you're looking too much into it. I think it has way more to do with them not being a very well ran family (which has been the case forever) than it is them not having many street earns.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Fri Jul 21, 2023 7:23 amTo me, that all members of an administration, two Capos (three Inc Teddy) and a soldier were participating in a $10k extortion scheme speaks to the dire straights of the families revenue streams. Amazingly none of these athletes play for the Westside or the binos.
Funny that.

It's an analogy. I know you seem like the dungeons and dragons type guy. But most people I know can easily understand sports references.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Sat Jul 22, 2023 6:40 pmAmazingly none of these athletes play for the Westside or the binos.

The mgmt of the family is fine? The complete mgmt of the fam is locked up. The complete mgmt.
And the person assigned the takeover, flipped.
I don't know what barometers you use for success, but for a mafia family, rats and prison shouldn't be two.
