The ones that seem to still have mob influence are Locals 1, 1235 and 1478 in Newark, and Local 1804-1 in North Bergen.
Local 1233 in Newark has long been a mostly black local (86%). And Local 1588 in Bayonne, which was once mob-controlled, appears to have been taken over by reformers in 2007.
