Identified him as the current Lucchese Underboss though Pennisi has said he is not.
I feel sceptical about the article which included Patty and the Outfit but I could be wrong.
I like Scott’s enthusiasm
On their latest podcast, Pennisi says he was aware that Dellorusso was locked up with three Chicago bosses. Also, Dellorusso was involved in extorting union officials in Chicago back in the 90s.

When Scott said current underboss Pennisi corrected him saying former underboss and Scott just said right and moved on. Shame that was just skipped over like that.

I’m starting to believe it more and more.Pennisi says that it will end in Patty being indicted in NY and Chicago

Pennisi has implied that the new underboss is Frankie Bones Papagni.John said he will make a video about it once it has been confirmed properly.
In another video, when talking about George Zappola, he said “we’ll keep his position under wraps for now” that was recent so it’s either Papagni or Zappola

Do you think that when he gets out of prison he will get a chance to get his button? For a young guy to throw his life away like that keeping his mouth shut is unusual in this day and age, I think that's a plus, a loyal guy.

I think that every family need a loyal guy and that if Tuccio will prove what it's worth,he will be made.

I appreciate all the info that Scott B has given us but it seems like after he put up the paywall, he’s been posting a lot of articles based on rumors and theories that don’t seem to have a lot of merit.

Agreed 100%

He’s also serving his time with Steve Mazzone so I believe there is a high probability he’s made after he gets out.

I don’t know about this Tuccio getting straightened out. It doesn’t seem like he earns, it doesn’t seem like he’s done any work, he’s in jail for a stupid mistake, his fathers a cop and he took the test to be a cop. Besides his uncle through marriage being a captain it doesn’t seem like he’s got anything to offer besides blind loyalty which is just another aspect of his stupidity. Philly guys are tight knit and this kids an outsider but maybe he steps up in prison and wins over Mazzone that could help his chances.
He’d have to move to Philly I think or at least Jersey cause I don’t think the NY families would let Philly make a guy who lives in Howard Beach.

I’m not saying he should be made, but he will be. He may be dumb but he’s willing to do dirty work and he appears to be a standup guy.

I don’t see the car burning incident as his willingness to do ‘dirty work’. He was with 3 other friends at the time and he didn’t even get out of the car it was the other idiot who set himself on fire who did the actual burning.

I don’t think anything he’s done on the outside that we know about makes him a good candidate but he’s in prison now and he’ll have plenty of chances to prove himself of that I’m sure.

I think a lot of people's standards of a good mobster are way too high. This kid will be a torch bearer for the Philly family once his sentence is up. He'll have years to refine his criminal mind while hanging out with the who's who of Italian gangsters in prison. And when he gets out of prison he'll hit the streets running.

Joseph isn’t capo of that crew. So he either is sloppy or just made that up. Or he is confusing him with his cousin Joe. Regardless it’s all wrong.
