Real lack of standards, your generation. My day, John was right, a man wouldn't be expected to stand for a remark like that.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

One place I believe is from "Frank Costello: Prime Minister of the Underworld."Bontade wrote:And where is this rumor went that it Galante gave the order to blow up the crypt?

Maybe. But I got if from when Joe Bonanno was interviewed for TV about his book. I believe it was Mike Wallace who interviewed him. He tried calling out Bonanno for being against drugs by claiming your own underboss Carmine Galante was a prolific Heroin dealer. Bonanno stated if he was He never knew about it. But he never said Carmine wasn't his underboss. Maybe he wasn't don't know.Pogo The Clown wrote:He was a Capo. The UnderBosses in the 50s were Frank Garafalo and Johnny Morales. I believe the confusion comes from Galante being listed as the UnderBoss in the Valachi chart.
