Salvatore Merlino then philly mob underboss, saw a biker and because was drunk rammed his car into the bike and sent the Pagan sprawling into the street.
The Pagans took revenge by firing over 200 bullets at Merlino's house, only his frightened mother was in the house.

1995 Ernesto Rodriguez tried to kill Gambino capo Jack Giodano over a 50k gambling debt.Giordano survived but remained paralyzed.

On July 18, 1996, a fellow inmate named Walter Johnson punched Gotti in the prison recreation room, leaving him bruised and bleeding, because according to New York's Daily News, Gotti had disrespected him with a racial slur.

Alex Rudaj in the 1990s extorted many gambing dens under protection of Gambino e Lucchese families.
Gambino leader Arnold Squitieri had had enough and wanted a talk with these rogue mobsters. The "sit down" took place at a gas station in a rest area near the New Jersey turnpike. Twenty armed Gambino mobsters accompanied Squitieri. Alex Rudaj on the other hand had only managed to bring six members of his crew. Squitieri told Rudaj that the fun was over and that they should stop expanding their operations. The Albanians and Gambinos then pulled out their weapons. Knowing they were outnumbered, the Albanians threatened to blow up the gas station with all of them in it. This ended the discussion, and both groups pulled back.

Anthony Comello killed Frank Cali boss of Gambino family.

How about Nicky Barnes? as I think that he and his gang the Council killed a Mafia member Carmine Pugliese I think that later Barnes would end up cooperating against the Council.

He was Levantine (Syrian). Big difference. Killed by a car bomb in the 80s.

The backstory of his association with LCN was relayed by Tony Giordano to a CI. Probably Bomp.

Federal authorities, using extensive information provided by Leroy (Nicky) Barnes, yesterday accused nine men of distributing ''massive quantities'' of heroin and killing six suspected informers in a narcotics operation in New York City.
The six murder victims were identified as Oswaldo Peterson, Oscar Wilson, Joseph Beechum, Ronald Brown, Robert Atkinson and Carmine Pugliese. A prosecutor said Mr. Pugliese was a member of organized crime. All six victims were said to have been murdered in New York City between 1975 and 1977.

During the late 60's and early 70's, some African-American and Latin gangs allegedly chased away the Chicago Outfit from their areas and also brought back their "own" rackets.
