This may not impact your chart that much but 1948 is wrong. Frank Castellana was still alive in 1958. I think he died in 1959.
He lived in Brooklyn in the 1940s but relocated to the Bronx. In 1958, his address was listed at 1706 Bogart Avenue, Bronx.

Having issues locating a Louis D´Agostino (Nov 3, 1908?), any more identifiers such as where he lived or when he died?
Angelo, I found this in the Mario Traina file that was posted up. I´m extremely thankful for this Nasabeak!
We are definitely getting closer!

This has to be him although DOB is not same. But it´s close enough:
Name: Luigi Dagostino
State of Issue: New York
Date of Birth: Monday November 23, 1908
Date of Death: December 1971
Est. Age at Death: 63 years
He was apparently related to Joseph Traina but I can not explain how exactly.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Great find. His mother was a Giallombardo, so he's at least half-Belmontese and probably related to Giuseppe and Pietro Giallombardo in addition to being a paesan of Traina. Giuseppe was visited by a Salvatore Traina in prison and Pietro was arrested with Joe Traina in 1932.
Mike 'Blackie' Galgano was most likely not born in 1878. Informants have his name all over the place by mid 1960s, I doubt he would have been alive by 1967 when a CI identified him as under Dave Amodeo. JD in his Gambino death list chart has him dying Summer 1966 which matches a DOB of 1889 but again he is listed as a soldier under Amodeo by 1967.
In FBI Dead list they have a DOB of 1913 for a Michael Vincent Galgano.

FBI Dead list seems to be correct. Michael Galgano was arrested for murder in 1953, with his one year younger brother Anthony. They are both described as living in the Bronx at the time and Michael´s age was 39 according to newspaper article covering the arrest.
Santantonio identified Rocco Mazzie as a captain on January 7, 1963 with approximately 30 men under him. Santantonio simultaneously named Arthur Leo and David Amodeo as captains. Should Mazzie be on the chart?
Pedro Meda is likely not a reference to Peter Beddia. This guy (Pedro Medha) in Jan 1963 is described by Santantonio as in his 60s, very heavy, and shaped like a barrel. Beddia was only in his mid 50s by then. A possible candidate is Pietro Fria, who lived in Manhattan where Garofalo's crew was based.
