I just posted something above. He had his supervised release terminated two years early. It was supposed to be five years. Document says he has steady employment.

Before Al Trucchio’s bust... everyone was talking about him an his crew being a power house.Calling him a rising star in the Gambino’s And Making big money with a very strong crew . He was with John gambino and company in Jersey meeting with the Philly guys. ( that says a lot)
Then the bust happen and the beef Al had with the Corozzos and Bobby glasses didn’t help anything. Supposedly he got shelf ...but who knows. Didn’t Hootie say a few things about Al and his stay in prison not being so good.???

I listened to that Howard Santos interview and he's the 2nd person, with Hootie being the 1st, to say that Al really wasn't liked by the old timers and higher ups. Yet there's been lots of surveillance and documentation of him meeting with the most powerful people in that family spanning several years. I get that his dad was respected and goes back with the Corozzos since he was a little kid - but it seems like an awful lot of responsibility and trust to give to someone (especially someone that young) out of loyalty to his dad that was going to die in prison.

Plus if his dad really put him in that position, it doesn't mean he couldn't have been taken down afterwards by the people in charge. It also wasn't like he was the only one capable of making money. Anyone could have made money with a crew that large and active, I don't know...just seems weird to hear a couple guys say he was this and that, and shouldn't have been made or whatever. They must have been happy with the job he was doing and how he carried himself while he was doing it at least - up until they all got busted.
