Both Castellano and Gaggi made good use of Demeo. Borelli and Amato murders prove he was Big Paul's primary hitman. He also chose to get rid of both Eppolitos over Demeo. Once the heat started coming in from the busted car theft enterprise they got rid of him.

Negative - he had Greg DePalma in his crew and looked how Greg phucked up the Westchester Premier Theater case and the Falcon case.
