I've been looking since yesterday on MF, doing multiple searches and I can't locate it. I thought it was mentioned in reference to Joe Ida/Philly but no results are coming up either. Does anyone know what I'm referring to and can you link me to it?

I'm only aware of what I referenced there, that Joe Ida wanted to form a Philly decina in Reggio Calabria by recruiting locals when he was living there. Bruno told him he'd have to get approval from the Sicilian mafia.

Anastasia likely represented Philly on the Commission between 1951-1956 when Joe Ida was given a seat on the Commission himself. Informants knew that Ida answered to Anastasia.
