I believe that technically Fratianno had given up his "acting unberboss" position when he flipped because Brooklier and Sciortino had gotten out of prison and taken back over from Fratianno and Dragna.

Is info from Quaranta's cooperation available anywhere? I see he testified about murders but wondering about deeper intel.

No,he was the street boss in 1983 when Licavoli was in prison.
