Thanks my friends, really appreciate the kind words. All that I can say is that I’m always truly honored to have the opportunity to engage in these discussions with such excellent researchers and all-around great guys like Angelo, Rick, and Eric.

Tony can riff about anything and make it interesting.

The DiLeonardo episode you guys asked about is up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edtgVwO ... heologists

Michael could be a philosopher.

Big fan of the Mob Archeologist, that's the best name for you guys. I've been researching the genre for 20yrs, you guys have opened a whole new world of understand Cosa Nostra (as the Gambinos coined the phrase lol). Great Job.
I can't wait until you guys get more into the 20s-40s timeframe. The early Gagliano-Lucchese history (specifically the enigma Tom Gagliano), the Early Profaci Family and Newark Family is what I'm most eager to hear what y'all have dug up. Anyways, keep up the great work
Signed- Former Bonanno Family expert. Lol. You guys are the real Experts. I'll throw Rj Rogers in there too. Big fan of OC Shortz as well

Agreed.

Thanks for the continuing support. Everyone on this board has helped us with their expertise so if you guys like it that's enough to make me happy.

Also been a great opportunity to get in touch with other great people I hadn't talked to previously, this thread being a testament to that as OC Shortz is an awesome guy whose support is appreciated.

Thanks for updating the board about this episode. Really looking forward to your discussion with Michael - hopefully the first of many discussions with the Mob Archaeologists!

The episode was so good. You guys really make pre-1931 subjects so interesting with you're knowledge base. Salvatore D'aquila was just one of those names we usually skim pass for Masseria and Maranzano (looking forward to when y'all analyze their importance). Looking forward to you guys bringing compelling info on Mineo, Pinzolo, Reina and all the other key players of the 20s.

Food for thought, Scott Burnstein and the Mob Archeologist on Detroit will be fantastic.
