Good list! Some real heavy hitters there.
Don’t forget Sacrimoni 2007.
That was one of the best episodes of the Sopranos
Currently, Jackie DeRoss is there and Casso used to be in 2018.
Deadly alliance was a sneaky good book. Wasn't that the one by a bookie who was on the fringes but actually was arrested and did time. Think he was a runner for the anguilos. Good book I found it a used book store or somewhere strange

I think that you are referring to G men and gangsters by Dominic Spinale but that was a good book.
"Like Salemme, DeLuca had entered the Witness Protection Program, but neglected to tell the FBI about his role in the DiSarro hit (he was responsible for burying DiSarro’s body)."

Did DeLuca get in trouble for this?
I think that Deluca was arrested in Florida and later pleaded guilty to an obstruction of justice charge.
