It’s an example of a lot of balls with little give a fuck for brains. But, with that said the shooter got away. It’s one thing to be willing to commit a murder in the middle of the day with cameras on every corner, someone always watching, and modern law enforcement resources and technology, it’s another to pull it off. It’s a cluster but under the circumstances I can understand why.
