Of course there have been other extremely heavy mobsters, just saying the Cheeseman has got to be one of the fattest ever.

Fat shaming is okay if it's done with the intent to help the person suffering with obesity ;) After all, you didn't put that 3 pound hoagie loaded with cheese and mayo in his mouth. Accountability for one's self is important. :D

If my recollection is correct, Ron Previte in Philly was massive. If associates of Jewish descent count, Tubby Levine, major bookmaker now deceased from Pittsburgh would have given Big Cheese a run for his money, I'd love to see both of those guys tip the scales against one another with bologna sandwiches in their mouths.
