How powerful is the Patriarca family now?
The Patriarcas have at least 40 made men and a large territory but have much power have on the streets today? Its still feared?

Here are still many influential members of the crime family who are still operational such as Guglielmetti and Lato according to these articles. I think that Lato is the underboss.

They are barely a shadow of what they once were. I would say not powerful at all.

It depends on how many of those guys are active, how many associates they have, and how much money they're bringing in. As far as them being feared, I doubt it. They aren't killing people anymore, so there isn't much to fear.
