Luciano initiation ceremony

To Everyone: An interesting question, which has probably been addressed by one of our excellent participant researchers. Many, many years ago, IIRC, I read somewhere that Luciano went through the traditional making ceremony, somewhere around 1928??? It was one fleeting sentence, in one paragraph, as I remember. Don't remember the book title. So the (unfortunately 3-part) question for our excellent researchers is: Was Luciano made in the traditional ceremony; approximately what year; and who, if anyone, was made with him in the same ceremony???
