I found my holy grail! This picture is now the only known photograph online of shadowy Genovese figure Dominick “Dom The Sailor” DeQuarto. I want to thank chin, Eboli and Antillar for completely changing the way I was approaching searching in general. It was taken in 1968 when Dom was 46. I’m so happy after such a long time searching we finally have a photo of Dom The Sailor.
