Re: Revisiting Colombo 1963
Anyone who is on the 1965 list (except Nicky Bianco) should be on there:
https://lcnbios.blogspot.com/2017/12/co ... -text.html
Crew assignments and captains would be very different in most cases.
Also not sure who may have died between 1963-1965, so there may be some people who need to be added.

Re: Revisiting Colombo 1963
Thanks. As far as crews, I'd add them of we have an idea, if not, don't care. I'm more concerned about the makeup when this network was still dominated by the Villabatesi before the Colombo-Persico reign.B. wrote: ↑Sat Sep 03, 2022 6:00 am Anyone who is on the 1965 list (except Nicky Bianco) should be on there:

Re: Revisiting Colombo 1963
I thin, that Frank abbatemmarco was a soldier in fontans crew before murderrd
Re: Revisiting Colombo 1963
Ignore FBN info that says John Oddo was from Palermo. He was from Pietraperzia, Enna. The FBI eventually figured it out and it's confirmed on immigration records.

Re: Revisiting Colombo 1963
Should Albert Barrasso be on this chart?
“Source advised that Barrasso is a “made” member of the Colombo family, who transferred to the De Cavalcante family in the late 1960s”
———-
If he was a Colombo member who transferred in the late 1960s, he should be on the 1963 chart. As a Newark member, he likely would have been in Salvatore Lombardino’s crew.

Re: Revisiting Colombo 1963
In a later FBI report an informant says he was told by Barrasso that he still formally belonged to an NYC Family but was retired and "on loan" to DeCavalcante.

Re: Revisiting Colombo 1963
I’m read that too, but I didn’t have a screenshot of it. It was a similar situation as Dominick “Louie” Luciano.
So basically, he was a Colombo member who was on loan to the DeCavalcantes from the late 1960s till his death in ‘88.

1971. He was released to the Bufalino family as an associate. Made in that family and then transferred back to the Colombos.

Re: Revisiting Colombo 1963
Thanks, he was locked up on a murder charge through most of the 60s wasn’t he?

Re: Revisiting Colombo 1963
Here’s a possible member: Michael Marino
MIKE MARINO - “amico nostro” who died 7 or 8 months ago - was possibly with the PROFACI (MAGLIOCCO “family”)
————————
This was his census information. (https://www.ancestry.ca/discoveryui-con ... /135905777)
Marino was involved in a Newark motel with Anthony Riela and other top Bonanno figures. If he was in this family, my guess is that he would have been in the Lombardino crew.

He died in April 1976. This was his obituary (https://www.newspapers.com/image/516092504).Pogo The Clown wrote: ↑Sat Sep 10, 2022 6:05 am I'm not able to see the doc. What year did Marino die? Thanks.

However, the document seems to imply that he died in 1962.
