Anthony Colombo, Chris Colombo, and Gerard Clemenza created the Colombo Brothers Crew after they were put on the shelf following the third war. It was a small crew that operated like a mini Mafia family.

I’m guessing they’re dead or retired?

I thought GohnJotti wrote on his blog a long time ago in one of the blogs that the Colombo brothers and such were all brought back in when the Colombos were trying to reorganize in 2010.
