It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

Re: [Current] mobster’s homes
What's crazy is that due to location/demand, this is probably one of the highest valued and most expensive places posted in here...including all of the mansions (both real mansions and faux Staten Island mansions). Unless the place is chopped up into apartments and Badamo is just renting...he's got a goldmine here

Re: [Current] mobster’s homes
Space is obviously limited - the single family houses posted in here on Staten Island and Howard Beach, while slammed onto small lots, will most likely have an okay back yard for NYC standards..even if sometimes the whole thing is entirely bricked as a large patio. Some lots in Howard Beach and a good amount on Staten Island are big enough to have in ground pools and landscaping. So for most of these places posted here, there's a little outdoor space to enjoy at the very least. If you don't have any outdoor space you go to the park or go outside to the street basically. If you're in Manhattan in a building and have young kids, you try as hard as possible to keep them in activities, sports, social events, and basically goto whichever park is closest to you. Not everyone has the means for that though.
