I doubt there'll be many people involved in multiple murders since the 2000s since theres been so few. This probably won't count since I'm including conspiracies of murder and he's in jail for life. But Basciano count be a contender here – Santoro, Pizzolo, and Cirillo are just 3 I can think of off hand that he either participated in or ordered.
