What exactly was Scarfo jr up to as a member of the Lucchese family? He basically only got put there as a favor. So he left Philly and just acclimated himself into another family?

If I remember correctly, he was bragging about things like the processor clock speed and the amount of RAM, with lots of F-bombs. My memory is hazy though.

Scarfo Sr sent him to north jersey under the protection of Patty Specs who assigned George Fresolone to watch over Nicky jr like a body guard. The north Jersey crew was the last bastion of the Scarfo crime family.

Nicky Jr had a crew running around the Atlantic City Area from the time he first moved back to the area to live in Ventnor after he got out of prison for the early 2000s gambling pinch and then leading up to right before the First Plus Bust, this has been discussed before - guys like his cousin John Parisi, Sammy Piccolo, Todd Stark, The Scamster Rat AP, and Pelullo were in it.

They were running around AC , trying to take over the rackets in the area. That whole crew, I think Anastasia even reported on it.

It happened as My buddies who were bar/nightclub bouncers in the AC Area during that time period told me stories , it didn’t last long though as they all got indicted in the FirstPlus indictment that went down…
