Individual-4 I believe is Mark Kojac

Not sure who individual-5 is. Described as a Gambino soldier and was convicted of murder/racketeering sentenced to 176 months in December 1996. Any ideas?

Nicky did get arrested in 96 but it was attempted murder and I’d be really really surprised if he’s any rank below captain.

Also and this is from my shaky memory but in 96 Nicky got hit with a 5-10 year sentence iirc. 176 months is like 15+ years

I also remember a city councilmen(s) kid was murdered around the time too but I don't know if it was Gambino

Do you know why the govt doesn't name them in the indictments? I understand if someone is an informant but they name who is an unindicted co-conspirator I've seen sometimes

Most likely because this was not an indictment but a complaint and if they name them then the others could flee. Should get names whenever the actual indictment hits which judging from this should be soon
