Really though there is a happy medium to be found if Massino gets interviewed. Yeah, normal people are't going to want to hear about historical minutae and who sponsored who for membership but some topics I think everyone would be interested in:

- Exact events and details leading up to the Sciascia murder

- Montreal in general

- His interactions with Carmine Galante and how the different factions viewed his position

- His thoughts on the Bonannos not doing traditional ceremonies and why he kept it up after he became boss

- Sal Montagna

- The Napolitano murder

- His relationship with John Gotti (or any contemporary bosses)

Yeah, holy shit, he’d not only be able to give a lot of stuff about Montreal but also probably knows some about Buffalo, the Violis, etc… at least info up until he flipped.

Would be interesting if Massino has any current thoughts about Montreal’s current status and relationship with the Bonannos.

Same here - I'd like that too. Especially if it were Competiello or Calabro - but something tells me they are knuckle draggers and/or illiterate, and similar to Calandra, would tell stories at 10 words per minute...speaking. The guy Anthony Russo who was on Trevor McDonald's show and pals around with Alite would actually be a good new face on the Rat scene I think.

Scott has been logging in the last two days but he's still quiet. lol
On that same Mar 2 episode of the Original Gangster podcast that OcSleeper brought up, Scott said he interviewed Richard Cantarella and other "Bonanno administrators". When Cantarella was on Gunner's channel, Gunner mentioned how his and Cantarella's "mutual friend" knows where Massino is. I'm guessing that's Scott.

Would love a Massino interview or any of those Colombo guys that flipped in the last 20 years...who knows like others mentioned above maybe its a major wildcard like Merlino? Chapo? Barney?

I wont speculate further as I dont want to get the hopes up too high.

But kudos to Scott for working hard and doing his thing ive enjoyed his podcast.
