This is what I believe the Detroit Family is in 2022. I only put Made guys who I still believe are active. I did not list any associates. Again, this is only what I believe and is open to interpretation.

That depends on how many “Indians” there are. Let’s assume that this chart represents the actual state of the made membership of the Detroit Outfit. If these guys all have associates who answer to them and basically do all of the work for the organization, then each member is a “chief” to those guys under him. The made membership at this point is probably closer to a panel of administrators while the “soldiers” are associates.
"Hey, hey, hey — this is America, baby! Survival of the fittest.”

That list is a good start but I would not put the D'Anna brothers in separate category. They've always been part of the Tocco-Zerilli family. Joe D started off as Tony Zerilli's driver when he came over from Sicily. And they're related to Tony D'Anna.
Off the top of my head I'm also thinking about the Corrados, Anthony Tocco Jr., Joe Tocco, Gene Baratta, and I think Jackie Jr's younger brother is made, but I'm not sure. You also have a few old timers still around like Sam Ventimiglia. These guys are barely active, but still technically made and part of the organization. Tony Sciarrotta might be a made guy too.
Scott can get more specific.

To answer you to the best of my knowledge, I’m sure there are a few more guys, but as far as I know here’s how some of the people you mentionedjimmyb wrote: ↑Thu Apr 21, 2022 9:50 pm That list is a good start but I would not put the D'Anna brothers in separate category. Anthony Tocco jr. The one who runs Carmela Foods is out of the life.
Gene Barretta, Scott would have to answer to. I never see/hear anything about him. I believe he lives in a Florida now.
Corrado is working a factory job. I know one of the Corrado’s co runs Cafe Italia with Mimmo D’Anna.
Vince Giacalone, Jackie’s younger brother runs a pizza chain and I don’t believe is made. Or if he is I don’t believe he deals in any day to day operations of family business.
As for the D’Annas, I think Scott would agree that while they’re technically still “Part” of the Family, they basically have their own faction operating separately. They have taking over a lot of the Eastside from David Aceto and kinda pushing him out of drug territory. Scott will tell you Also Joe D’Anna is a politician of sorts. He knows how to play both sides like he did with the Tocco’s and Giacalone’s.

So if they are operating separate from the family, are they at odds with the main organization?Tocco686 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 22, 2022 2:27 amTo answer you to the best of my knowledge, I’m sure there are a few more guys, but as far as I know here’s how some of the people you mentionedjimmyb wrote: ↑Thu Apr 21, 2022 9:50 pm That list is a good start but I would not put the D'Anna brothers in separate category.
