At a guess he's likely funneled a lot of his illicit income to his family over the years. Buy his kids houses (deposit's if not outright), vacation properties, businesses (maybe one of his kids wants to start a bakery.... etc), grandkids trusts, etc.
I doubt his kids are cardiologists and independently wealthy, but who knows.

What's clear is, he is old school. Not in it for the money. His mob life is his identity.
Don't give me your f***ing Manson lamps.

He lives in a low income sr housing. Before that a trailer park with his wife before she died. His immediate family in Manahawkin are not rich . Don't live in expensive homes and non are self employed. All W2 working stiffs. He could just be a gambling addict and is dead broke or not smart one of the two lol Why else would you live in Low income housing
So who's put up 3 million in property then? His family can't be working stiffs
Who knows. Probably all his fronts lol

Usually you can't rely on bums. Who has faith in a senior citizen showing up to court and is indigent. This tells me he is reliable, counted on, or trustworthy on his commitments for multiple people to put their homes or properties at risk for him
Or it was his money that bought the properties in other peoples names etc. who knows? But he lives like he is dead broke.lol

I think most of it is, imo. I mean how can someone like that be trustworthy? Say it's a title to a house with kids or building where someone runs a business. Are you going to put that on the line for a guy that lives like that? No.
They are his in some way. Some pp live within their means. Some ppl live below their means. He's done a good job convincing ppl he is poor. But it's not fooling me.

It is true that he and his wife lived in a trailer park by LBI. And she as on Welfare and food stamps. He is now living in a low income Sr Apt. I mean he is really going above and beyond to fake he is poor. Even making his wife live like that. I am starting to think he is poor or just not that smart to be able to get W2's somewhere and buy a house in his wifes name only etc. Andy Russo lives in a multi-million dollar home in LI. I don't know man. I think this Ben guy is a brokester. He might get his hands on cash..maybe he blows or has a gambling problem.

Good example about the chin. It could very well be something similar.

Yeah when Basciano was acting for Massino, Basciano promoted a few guys to captain and Massino had a problem with one of them because the guy was a “brokester”. Massino told Basciano they can’t have brokesters in the leadership roles, also acknowledging to Basciano that he made the same mistake years earlier and had to learn the hard way.

With all due respect cheech I agree with you regarding the brokester standing up. However, the point Is whether the guy has enough money to afford bail or not and if he does have enough why does he live like such a slouch? My point is he does have enough money. Otherwise he wouldn't be in the position he is in if he was actually who he portrays himself to be for the govt

You had Ligambi on tape complaining about Beeps selling cakes out of his car and being broke. But in reality Beeps was far from broke. He owned many properties and was prob worth a several million when he died. The truth is ..he prob didn't want to give any money to that admin and played broke. He prob considered himself retired and the admin was prob still hounding him for money and he played broked to avoid getting hurt etc.
