It depends on your conditional release date , State bids usually your CR is about 2/3 of your time then the last 1/3 could be on paper but there are many variables , Fed Bids are now 85 % with many kinds of restrictions added , Then you have flat bids 100% time day for day

The charges could run concurrent or consecutive too

Keep in mind it is still possible for the Feds to Indict Gene on RICO charges by bringing in MAssino . Remember Gene was involved in taking the bodies of the three dead Capo's for the Bonanno's. Tartaglione can testify that he gave the van with the bodies to Gene and John Carneglia. I don't believe there is a statue of limitations on RICO.

statue of limitations on RICO........There are some limitations , Gotti JR used the 5 year rule on RICO

Only time will tell none of us truly know except for ol gene himself. We can speculate and give our opinions but none of us truly know. I think that both sonny myself and tommygambino have all brought up valid points on both sides of this discussion
