Natale gave Caprio the order to kill Joe Sodano and then made him a captain, using him as a liaison with the Genovese and Gambino families

Thanks for your explanation Chin Gigante and didn't Caprio testify against Ligambi and Borgesi?

He testified in the 2001 RICO case, then again in 2004 in the Sodano murder trial, then in a Genovese case againsr Larry Ricci, then in the Ligambi case

What trials did Ralph Natale testify at considering he flopped on the 2001 RICO against Merlino?

"I heard Jesus himself came down and escorted him to heaven."
Angelo Bruno and Carlo Gambino waiting with open arms: "This time we're going to make you an angel"
That’s funny.

Maybe this Natale movie will have a good production team and good actors and it will be balanced as opposed to his book. We might actually see a good philly movie about the stanfa wars, Ronnie previte, it ends with Joey merlino going to prison and Ralph being all alone telling people how he’s the man while he lives in a trailer park

I believe that Natale referred to Pete the crumb as a “great fellow” and “a gentleman” while the both wore their wool sports coats with mothballs in the pockets and polyester suits from 1973 to testify at the merlino et al Rico trial. The probably played backgammon in the US Marshals holding area together.

I think just the 2001 case and the Sodano case

Going from memory I think he also testified against that corrupt Camden mayor.

A Ron Previte movie would be great!

Ralph Natale actually had his teeth pulled for work. He gave $20 blowjobs behind a 7-11 in Myrtle Beach, SC. That was how he made his living the last years. Sonny Blackstein said it was worth the $20.

As with Frank Sheeran, it's unfortunate that the many truths he does tell are obscured by the lies; hence, making everything not believable. Was Sheeran in the car? absolutely yes. Did Sheeran pull the trigger? no. Was Sheeran there when he murdered? no. Did Sheeran kill Joe Gallo? no, and that sets in motion disbelief in everything else he states.

How do you know Sheeran was in the car? how do I know Oswald didn't pull the trigger! Hoffa would never ever get in the car with anyone from Detroit. At this point in the "Hoffa wars", he lost control even of his old Detroit Teamster allies and Detroit Outfit guys. He knew to trust absolutely no one as he overtures to Bonnano and other southern Dons I am sure was relayed back to Detroit.

So, would his step-son, whom he was also fueding and has zero balls comfort him he was safe? NO! As Hoffa's family stated, he only trusted Sheeran and would only get in the car if Sheeran there.

Ralph has legitimate stories to tell; you need to work out what is the truth and that's a researcher's job. Instead, the book by McShane that I enjoyed is more of a dictation. Do I believe blowhard Leonettin that Natale would be killed if he ever stepped into AC, NO! Natale has a big rep and was already working with casino-related unions.

According to Scott Burnstein's article Natalie plotted with Caprio to kill Merlino and several of his allies including Mazzone and Ligambi while being a government witness.

Scott made a good point on his podcast

All bs aside the fact that Natale was able to come from
A non made soldier to a boss while doin his prison stretch…. And how he kinda came up with his plan….

That’s definitely impressive

He didn’t have to lie about some bs about gambino and Bruno secretly making him…

Does anyone know if he ever claimed he was part of the PLAN to kill Bruno?

Ralph almost has the same legacy outlook as Sammy the bull where there off touch with REALITY where I think they believe in the bullshit that they say

Giovanni Ribisi as Joe Colombo lmao
Colombo wasn't a very physically intimidating guy, and his venture into politics, which the show gets into according to the trailer, was unusually intellectual for a mobster. Ribisi seems great for the role.
Glick told author Nicholas Pileggi that he expected to meet a banker-type individual, but instead, he found Alvin Baron to be a gruff, tough-talking cigar-chomping Teamster who greeted him with, “What the fuck do you want?”

Question :

In scotts podcast (which is one of my favorites) him and Dave schrat says that he has a high level ranking member giving him inside scoops.

Anyone wonder if that is lancelotti? Never gets indicted -possibly he’s the street boss at one point (seems like it’s a rotation tho)
