My understanding is that he was made in prison to ensure his silence, which I don't think was needed, but also to ensure his family's well being.

There were some guys rumored to have been made by Iacobacci but this was never confirmed. John Iorillo, Sam Lucarelli etc.

From what I understand all the big gangsters in Cleveland now are Croatian, which interests me because my mother's family is from there (that's where they got that "Ivan" business).
