Did I miss something, Mazzone and Grande pled guilty?Teflon Dom wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 3:19 amI can't even log back into the website to rewatch the video so I'll have to go off memory from when I watched it the other day.
1. They go into the Hoffa dig, not much to say about that part.
2. They go into the guilty plea hearing dates which are in December in January. Talking about 5 years for Stevie Mazzone, 7 for Grande and 2 years for Sonny Mazzone were the years they were throwing around. Talk about the implications of having the ceremony taped and using it for future trials.
3. They talk about Merlino and getting his passport back.
4. They talk about Caesar “Sonny” DiCrecchio and his fraud scheme at the Philadelphia produce market and his connections with Borghesi and how the feds tried to get him talk flip on George for a lighter sentence but Sonny refused to talk.
5. The website sucks and you have a 50/50 chance of even accessing the content you paid for. LOL

No, there is discussions about plea(s). And those were some of the numbers laid out according to this episode. There is four guilty plea hearings set up, two this month and two in Jan.Honk wrote: ↑Thu Dec 09, 2021 6:04 amDid I miss something, Mazzone and Grande pled guilty?Teflon Dom wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 3:19 amI can't even log back into the website to rewatch the video so I'll have to go off memory from when I watched it the other day.

•schratweiser said they are hearing 7 years for Grande and 5 for Steve mazzone, 2 for Sonny Mazzone.
•Servidio is going to get another 5 Years, but it runs concurrent.
• some factors that play into this was they want these defendant(s). to have priors and covid is hanging over this as
•the attitude of the US attorney is let's get this over with and move onto something else
•Lastly, and most importantly, nothing is finalized yet.
That's all on the mob stuff, then it moved onto Sonny DiCrecchio getting 10 yrs and 10m! In restitution, was offered an agreement to cooperate, but he refused or didn't have the goods. He was offered a 3 yr deal if he cooperated they heard
The guy basically blew his money like a drunken sailor. For example, rented pricey beach shore homes, but it could of bought them for cheaper-$1.9m in rent he paid in Stone harbor.
I got to hand it to these Philly guys. Brass balls on these guys. It's like they are in a foxhole and they are not looking for merit badges. It's just what they believe in

No, Jimmy beans no photos of Jimmy beans caught on surveillance. They did say they call him Jimmy Beans because of a heart condition he has to walk around eating Bush's maple brown sugar baked beans all day.

If you pm me I'll give you my acct info and you can watch it.outfit guy wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 7:38 am So it appears the podcast different than the video as no potential sentences noted in the podcast. Hmmmmm, 7 years? That still 5.5 without parole. Seems overall, with the conspiracy, to be lite but then again, no violence.
Thanks for the offer but that's' ok - too personal (password). But: I appreciate. Again, 7 years is still 7 but seems lite.

Many people on here were wrong. I remember when this first happened people said Dom would be doing 10 plus years.

Dom only has one prior New Jersey State conviction for The Borgata bookmaking bust out of AC when he was in his late 20s.HoagieNose wrote: ↑Mon Dec 13, 2021 7:07 am Many people on here were wrong. I remember when this first happened people said Dom would be doing 10 plus years.
I think he only served a few months in Atlantic County jail in Jersey for it if my memory serves me correctly.
Basically In a nutshell, he does not have any prior Federal convictions which is going to help him tremendously in negotiating a plea.

Daniel Bucceroni just got 3 years probation. He is 67 yrs old with no priors and he was storing coke at his businesses according to mobtalkssitdown. The government said he was a "minor player."
Are they saying that because he was or are they saying that because things are not going well for them and they don't want egg on their face.
I find a hard time believing a 67 yr old decides to store coke at his business for the first time at 60> yrs old.

Re: New mob talk sitdown out #56
There were several signs of weakness apparent in this indictment. The delay in filing for almost two years after AP was outed and Piccolo/Servidio indicted in state court was a big sign the case was weak. Also, printing the information about the Dipietro shooter prior to the indictment was another sign. Then you had the government leaking that "maybe they wouldn't even call AP as a witness". Anyone knows that's bs but they were spreading that nonsense with a making ceremony bugged(!)...just a few signs that the case has some holes.
I could see Stevie getting a plea around 3-4 years for extortion and Dom taking 6-7 years. Servidio gets concurrent time and everyone else pleads out. AP never takes the stand and the spinning wheel keeps turning...
