After reading this article if the phucking FBI had any brains they would jump all over this bankruptcy case for the fraud that it is. This guy was only a front for Curcio and if they start flipping some lawyers and him then Curcio has no choice but to cooperate as well. But again that would make sense which the FBI lacks.
