Does anyone have anymore info on Joseph Gambino? He died April 1st, 2004 but I'm seeing several results. The first has the correct DOB- 1/20/1930 but the death date- 4/1/2004 matches the second one which states this Gambino was born to an Angelo and Francesca.

This Joseph Gambino was the skipper, active in the Bronx who was involved with shakedown of the Westchester Theater. He arrived in the US in the late 1950s.

I also wonder about some of those other older ILA 1814/1277 officials that date back to the Anthony Anastasio days, but for most I can't confirm who was made and who wasn't. Lots passed away in the 1960s and 1970s anyway.

Looked in some records and found that his father´s name was Ciro (born in or around 1882, owned a bakery), mother´s name Mary. The son Benny´s name is spelled differently in different records (Benedito/Benidito/Benedetto etc) so can not find a DOD for him.

Joe Farinella's (of the Aurello crew) mother's surname was Casale and there appears to also be some family connection between Casale and Caprio surnames which would connect with the Newark Philly crew.
Carmine Fatico's ancestors look like they came from Oratino, Campobasso
Robert DiBernardo's grandfather appears to have been Bernardo Di Bernardo. His manifest reads Caruigliano, which is spelled with slight variations for others on the same manifest. This most closely matches Corigliano Calabro, Cosenza.

Ciro Terranova was born in 1882 in Termini, and Maria LNU was born in 1892 in Marineo. Benedetto was born Nov 11, 1912.

Joseph and Nick Corozzo were born in Brooklyn in 1941 and 1940. The 1940 census did manage to catch an infant Nicholas "Corrozzo" on East 22nd born to a Salvatore (born NYC) and Rose (born in Indian Territory, Oklahoma of Italian descent). Salvatore's father Nunziato Corozzo is from Barcellona, Sicily.
It's a match but I can't confirm I found the right infant Corozzo and given he's a higher profile guy, perhaps someone may know more. I found a Joseph born 1 Oct 1941 in Brooklyn but his name is Joseph R. Corozzo Jr., which would scrap the above Salvatore as the potential father.
I think one of the Biondos came from Barcellona which is in Messina.

I agree that it most likely is Corigliano Calabro. FWIW, Di Bernardo is a surname in Corigliano too.
EDIT: Actually, looking over some documents, Camigliano, Caserta may also be an option. The birthplace of both Bernard and his wife Marianna Di Iorio was spelled "Canngrello" on his naturalization document, so not much help.
On his naturalization document, Bernardo gave his birth year as 1870 and there is a birth document for a Bernardo di Bernardo in Camigliano in 1870.
