Does anynoe have the death years for these Gambino members? Thanks. And thanks to Snakes for posting these lists.

Vincent James Amato - Possibly 1973. The Vincent Amato who was based in Florida (son of Augie) died in 1991

Do you happen to know his DOB? I have a record for Vincent James Amato (03/13/04 - 08/05/98).

Angelo Ricco - 4/7/2004 per FBI records

Angelo Ricco - 4/7/2004 per FBI records
Vincent J. Amato is listed as a deceased member on the 1977 list. He lived at 7824 14th Avenue in Brooklyn (according to the chart made by NYPD in 1985ish). So I narrowed it down to this guy:

State of Issue: New York
Date of Birth: Saturday June 13, 1914
Date of Death: July 1973
Est. Age at Death: 59 years, 1 months
Last known residence:
City: Brooklyn
County: Kings
State: New York
ZIP Code: 11228

His DOB is not listed on the chart btw.

I crosschecked Vincent James Amato with another FBI file which listed his birth date as 5/5/27. That particular Vincent Amato died 12/15/91. Not sure if that confirms or confuses things.

This Thomas J. Masotto was imprisoned in 1993 so he is probably not the same one that died in 1980. Son, maybe? He is shown as 86 in the BOP inmate locator (released in 2010) so it is possible that he is still alive.

Several of these guys were already dead by 1993 but this was before the age of the internet, Ancestry, online obits, etc. Unless an informant communicated the news of a death or it made the headlines, it may not have been reported for months or years after the actual occurrence.

This Vincent J. Amato is the oldest son of mobster Agostino 'Augie' Amato (1901-1980). The younger son was Frank Paul Amato (1930-1986). He was also a made guy.
