His real name was Frank Lowe. Murdered in 1988 at age 41.

i heard it on sammy youtube while i was in car and confirmed with a guy who was w joe bilotti that this guy was real deal - big earner, big bad guy. Then again thsi assoicate i speak of is slightly retarded.'this guy is so stupid that in his middle class home, he has a wall with a bookshelf w nothing but EVERY MOB BOOK KNOWN TO MAN. tard
