1920 census:

The address appears to be 342 East 101st Street, New York, NY. (Building do not exist today.)

1940 census:

The address is 2230 Ocean Parkway, Brooklyn, NY. The home was shared with Carlo Gambino with wife and children. The Castellanos lived at this address since atleast 1935.
There you have it, never printed before.

This is a ridiculous statement. Over the years you got mob guys coming from every square inch of both those neighborhoods not just from one street.

The Castellano family started out in East Harlem. EH was primarily Corleonese from E 105th up to E 109th between first and second. The farther north you go into the 110s you encountered more of a Neapolitan, Salernitan and slight Calabrese presence. Despite this, these communities were clustered with overlap and there were Palermitans scattered throughout. By 1915, it was noted that East Harlem Itals surpassed Naples in terms of population which made NYC the largest Italian populated city in the world.

A side note to the above: we all know Williamsburg because of the Castellammare Bonanos but the largest dialect spoken by Italians in that district in 1910 was Calabrese, indicating the latter was a larger demographic.

Carlo Gambino did live in the Bronx before moving to Brooklyn (sometime in the 1930s) as you can see here:

And his Ocean Parkway home was in Gravesend.
