Thanks for the post Dr.
My 2 cents. Delucia is not the rat. Caccace phoned it in to open the door to the big seat.
But seriously Caccace has to be part of the acting admin one would assume.

Just checked the Gang Land homepage again and the section about DeLucia appears to have been deleted

Does the US not have publication bans for witnesses and shit like we have in Canada?
Re: Gangland 9/30/2021
What else were they getting from the union? I haven’t seen that. Seems like so many guys involved for not very much. I could have missed it

I just know what what I read in the indictment and detention memo. Ricciardo for the past 20 years has been getting a portion of a union official's salary, the admin became involved in 2019 and wanted 10k a month for themselves, and pushed contracts towards companies backed by the Colombos. Seemed like your typical union racket, granted not at the scale we've seen in the past but still.
To me it seems like the new official admin felt like Ricciardo wasn't using the union to its full potential to benefit the Colombo Family so they stepped in. New Regime, New Rules.

Re: Gangland 9/30/2021
Wow, what a blunder. Capeci must have either got bad intel from someone, or he was too trigger happy to break news for once that he made assumptions based on the fact the restaurant sit downs were taped and Delucia was there -- though he wasn't indicted. This could have happened because A. Delucia didn't have a lot to say, especially criminal in nature. B. They had no other evidence on the guy. C. He actually is a rat, but was still being used by the feds on the street in some capacity, but someone other than his handler leaked to Capeci early. Either way, huge fuck up.
Also, when I first read the indictment I assumed they were taped from a bug -- not necessarily a cooperator.

But seriously the more you think about it the more sense it makes.
Look at the charges. A high ranking Capo wears a wire and the only thing they can get is a shakedown of a union official for 10k? And most of THAT evidence was phone bugs?
Why isnt Delucia's crew taken in?
Wouldnt the admin be charged with whatever Delucia was kicking up?
Surely there would be a host of other charges if he flipped.
