Does anyone know what really happened to John Gotti in prison? Some guy on youtube told me that the attacker Walt Johnson was given permission by the AB to attack him, but I read somewhere else Gotti was jumped when he`s not around his associates and he later put a contract on Johnson`s head so they had to transfer the guy to another prison or something. Everyone has their own story about Gotti being jumped now I don`t know who to listen to.

Personally i think that the whole John Gotti extorted by the Aryan Brotherhood story is over exaggerated. One reason it's hard to believe he was assaulted again or extorted on a regular basis is because it would have made the news. Just like the Walter Johnson incident. The feds got a kick out of humiliating him. Probably Gotti was running his mouth and got what was coming to him. He was jumped by 28 year old Walter Johnson. But he was never extorted by the Aryan Brotherhood. Gotti was arrogant and narcissistic that personality type had difficulty getting along with others. You have to humble yourself in prison to a certain degree and respect the other prisoners. Some prisoners don't give a crap who you were on the outside. And who cares if he got beaten up anyway? Gotti was 55 in the summer of 1996. Gotti was old and sick by this point. People make a big deal about a young 28 year old guy beating the crap out of a 55 year old man. Watch this video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yU7QvKUfOHU This black guy was hanging out with John Gotti on a daily basis in Marion in the late 90s/early00s. He speaks very highly of Gotti. He makes it seem like Gotti had no real issues there. He says that Gotti avoided AB guys there. He says that Gotti didn't want to talk about Salvatore Gravano. It is interesting. This guy says that when Gravano arrest in Arizona was on the news, the prisoners called Gotti, but he didn't even want to watch.ThutmosisChen wrote: ↑Sun Jul 18, 2021 4:44 am Does anyone know what really happened to John Gotti in prison? In his younger years, Gotti was a well known tough guy who was really good with his hands. He was jumped by Walter Jonhson. He was still a stand up guy, gave no names, dusted himself off and moved on. And no doubt if Gotti knew it was coming the results may have been different even at that stage in Gotti’s life.ThutmosisChen wrote: ↑Sun Jul 18, 2021 4:44 am Does anyone know what really happened to John Gotti in prison? That is exactly my thought. Everyone who actually did time with him said he was seen as a hero by other inmates, he only got jumped because of his own arrogance. But that story about AB extorting Gotti just flows around on the internet and so many people tell it as if they were there when it happened. I think the whole point some people try to make by telling that story is that LCN has no power inside the prison which is kinda true, but a guy like Gotti definitely held respect from other prisoners and I don`t believe any gang would actively extort him.Nick Prango wrote: ↑Sun Jul 18, 2021 9:34 amPersonally i think that the whole John Gotti extorted by the Aryan Brotherhood story is over exaggerated. Gotti never payed money to the Brand for protection, his family has even confirmed that's false. John Gotti was never extorted. He was jumped by a mentally unstable young guy and that's it. This blood gang member who did time with John Gotti talks about the situation. Gotti didn't get beat to a pulp. This guy says that Gotti was cool. And he never saw any racism. He was treated like a superstar by fellow inmates He just had a problem with that 1 guy, and that 1 guy Walter Johnson was a fucking nutjob. It was just a random one off, and even in Marion Gotti had the power to not get touched like that.ThutmosisChen wrote: ↑Sun Jul 18, 2021 10:23 amThat is exactly my thought. Jimmy Calandra says that Anthony 'Gaspipe' Casso had a gun in his jail cell back in 1993. He says that Gaspipe was powerful in MCC detention facility. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxCW_2R ... venueStory

Did the mob run Lewisburg Penitentiary back in the 70s?

Most FCI's on the east coast during the Mobs prime (50s,60s,70s) were controlled by LCN.ThutmosisChen wrote: ↑Thu Aug 05, 2021 5:01 pm Did the mob run Lewisburg Penitentiary back in the 70s?

This guy Chad Marks did time with Vic Amuso, Whitey Bulger and the Mafia cops Stephen Caracappa and Louis Eppolito in various federal prisons. He has interesting stories about mobsters in prison. He says that Italian mobsters are still highly respected in the federal prison system. He says that New York LCN mobsters have alliances with New York black gang members in federal prisons. He said that Vic Amuso didn't respect and didn't care about Aryan Brotherhood members in Big Sandy prison. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PN_AEC2 ... hStaxxShow

I know someone that went away on the Genovese NJ port bust a few years back who is out now . Almost every day he ordered food from a top restaurant in Newark/ Harrison and ate with and fed the guards . This was state prison , Non italian.
